Work 1 to 1

There are so many benefits to working in a group on a mindfulness course but I understand there are all sorts of reasons why you might prefer to work one to one. The thought of walking into a room full of strangers can send my stress levels through the roof – maybe that’s true for you too. Or it could be as simple as the time or location of the course not working for you. Whatever the reason, I’m happy to work with you on an individual basis either in person (when allowed and location to be agreed) or via Zoom.

We’d start with an initial chat on the phone so you can share a bit more about yourself, find out more about how I can help and whether working together feels right for you. It’s your opportunity to ask as many questions as you like so you know what to expect and are comfortable with your decision.

This chat would be free of course. If you decide to work with me, I usually work by the hour but there can be some flexibility with the duration of our appointments and the charge would be set accordingly.
