Mindfulness for the Modern World
The Mindfulness for the Modern World course is made up of 8 sessions that run weekly and last for 90 minutes. To get maximum benefit from the course, you are encouraged to attend all sessions. There will also be exercises for you to practice at home through the week which will take around 20 minutes each day. This is an essential part of the course.
Courses are either held via Zoom or in-person at a venue in the Loughborough area.
