Mindfulness for the Modern World

Your Route to Calm, Clarity and Contentment

Does daily life leave you feeling overwhelmed and anxious, stressed and exhausted, suffocated and disconnected?

Do you feel stuck or held back by overthinking, comparing yourself to others, the strive for ‘perfection’, and negative self-talk?

When was the last time you put yourself at the top of your to do list?
Does it make you feel guilty to do that?

Do you find yourself looking externally for ways to feel better – maybe shopping, alcohol, scrolling, bingeing – but somehow you end up feeling worse?

Modern life is fast, relentless and constantly changing.  We need the skills to help us navigate the challenges and THRIVE.  I can help you to unlock and develop those skills.

Imagine being able to overcome stress and anxiety to become calm and in control.

What if you could learn to quieten the negative self-talk and unhelpful comparisons and be happy to just be you?

How does it feel to know that you already have everything you need to lead a happier life?

What would it mean to you to reduce uncertainty and see things more clearly?

Wouldn’t it be great to feel happy in your own skin, to feel enough, to feel content, to feel free?

The Mindfulness for the Modern World Course will help you do all of this and more!

During the 8-week course you will learn:

  • How to ‘wake up’ to the things that cause you difficulty and become the master not the slave.
  • How to create space and clarity in your mind so you are better equipped to deal with difficult situations, thoughts and emotions.
  • To recognise how external factors can negatively affect your mood and behaviour, and how to change your perspective.
  • What your triggers are and how to be kind to yourself to reduce the adverse effects those triggers can have.
  • How to develop a practice that fits seamlessly into everyday life.

Each week you will be gently guided, step by step and fully supported through various mindfulness and meditation exercises.  The course is carried out in small groups with a spirit of connection, compassion and kindness.
