Wouldn’t it be lovely to create more space in your mind or turn down the volume on the mind chatter?
Wouldn’t you like to feel more balanced and calmer and less like you’re on the world’s biggest and longest rollercoaster?
Imagine having better relationships and finding greater self-compassion and kindness towards yourself and others.
Imagine being able to learn how to do all of this and have these skills for the rest of your life.
And imagine doing this within a community of other people who share your experience and can support you every step of the way.
It’s well documented that slowing down and focusing on our breath, even for a minute, is hugely beneficial to our overall wellbeing. Research shows that regularly practicing mindfulness makes changes in the brain that help to reduce the negative effects of modern life, stress, anxiety and depression so we can lead a happier and more fulfilled life.
Our range of courses is designed to help you, whether you’re new to mindfulness or want to take your practice to the next level.

The Practical Stuff
- Course lengths vary and are designed to introduce you to the practice of mindfulness in a gentle, step-by-step way, giving you the tools you need to achieve calm, clarity and contentment. These tools will be with you for life.
- All courses are carried out in small groups* with an ethos of connection, compassion and kindness. As a member of the group, you’ll quickly become part of a supportive community and enjoy the feeling of shared experience, encouragement and success.
- Throughout all courses there will be time during the session for group discussion and reflection. Hearing the experiences of others is as much a part of your learning as the practice itself but you only do what you are happy to do. If you don’t feel comfortable to share, that’s fine – this is your journey.
- Sessions will be at a venue in Loughborough or via Zoom. Each session lasts for 1.5 hours and will be on the same day and time each week.
